Shannel did a great job caring for our dog and keeping an eye on our house. She was a good communicator and sent nice pictures of our pup. The house was neat and tidy when she departed.

I booked Shannel for my parents house, they were taking their first trip after my grandma passed. Shannel was responsive and reliable, and my parents came home to happy pups (and cat and fish too!) and a clean house. We will definitely be using her again for future trips. Thanks Shannel!!

Shannel was communicative, thoughtful and adaptable. I received daily updates on Tamba, including pictures and videos that made me smile. She was patient when Tamba wanted to hang out in our room the first few days and slowly was able to get him to warm up, resulting in many cuddles on the couch. Would absolutely hire again!

Shannel was simply amazing! She watched our pets for 5 days while we were on vacation out of state and she was in communication with us the whole time. She’s so friendly, communicative, and you can tell she is a true animal lover, took care of our pets like they were her own! All of her updates were so helpful, and all of the pictures we got were adorable, and it made us feel that much calmer to know our fur babies were getting well taken care of while we were gone, allowing us to have one less stress and enjoy our vacation even more. She took good care of our home too! She took out our trash, and everything was left really clean. We would definitely book with her again and would recommend. When Shannel lived in Boise, she was my go-to dog and cat sitter from 2016 through 2023. My border collie, Emmy, had extreme defensive aggression after a severe attack by another dog and was selective about which people were allowed to touch her. She loved Shannel. She would sit for her when Shannel came in--like she was trained to do--but would get the all-over body shakes and wiggles, because Emmy just wanted to hug Shannel. To be fair, my cat was indifferent to who cared for her while I was out of town, so I cannot say my cat loved Shannel. But she got fed when I was out of town, and, in true cat nature, was pretty much indifferent to everyone but my daughter.
