Everything is handled well: the cats are fed, the litter boxes are cleaned, the cats’ food bowls are even washed and ready for their next meal when I return. I’m very happy to have found Rover and Shannan. The cats get to be comfortable in their home while I travel and I don’t have to worry about anything. Shannan provided excellent service watching my two cats for a week (twice per day). Besides being meticulous about the different feeding instructions / different foods for each cat due to medical issues, she also kept their litter boxes clean and engaged them for some playtime. She sent an update after each visit with a few pictures of the cats. She is dependable and professional. This is the first time the cats have had a sitter visit the house. It is wonderful to be able to leave the cats comfortable in their home instead of putting them through the stress of transporting them and placing them in a pet boarding resort. I highly recommend Shannan and have already booked her for another round of visits during my next trip!

I've shifted my focus to cat care only, and I love providing calm, consistent visits that help cats feel safe while you're away.
