I bring both personal and professional experience to pet care. I grew up with dogs and have cared for multiple pups for friends and neighbors before joining Rover, which gave me a strong foundation in handling different personalities and needs. What truly sets me apart is my experience providing end-of-life care — administering medication and offering comfort to a sick dog with compassion and love. This has given me a deep understanding of the importance of trust, gentleness, and reliability, especially for senior pets or those with special medical needs. Whether it’s playful puppy energy or the tender care required for older pets, I adapt to each animal’s unique situation.

Shannah took such excellent care of Ellie! She took her for walks and outings, gave her treats, and went above and beyond to make sure Ellie was well taken care of. Shannah was also excellent with communication and very responsive, and was super kind and friendly! Definitely recommend, and will certainly book again!!
I 100% recommend Shannah. My dog Keyla truly enjoys spending time with her, and I always feel at ease knowing she’s in great hands. Keyla always gets excited when she realizes Shannah is the one who will be taking care of her. Shannah is very responsible, loving, and attentive with Keyla. Keyla basically feels like the queen of the house when she’s with her—she gets spoiled and taken on her walks. Shannah is always my first choice when I need someone to care for my doggie.
Shannah has taken care of my dog Drew multiple times and she always takes such wonderful care of Drew! I get regular updates including videos and photos of Drew and it shows how happy he is to be with Shannah! Shannah is very attentive and treats Drew like family I would definitely recommend having Shannah to look after your furry babies! Thank you Shannah for always taking such good care of Drew!
Shannah treated my dog as her own. I had no reservations that my dog was in safe hands. She was so attentive and accommodating to all of his needs, and loved going for walks as much as he did! Shannah was reliable, communicative, and caring. If you want your dog to be treated as you treat them, make sure Shannah is the one who gets to care for them! She will love them just as much!
