I was raised around cats and dogs since before I could walk, I absolutely adore animals however at the moment it unfortunately doesn’t make sense to get pets of my own. That’s why I love taking care of other people’s pets! Prior to making this account on Rover, I volunteered at an animal shelter and have dog sat/walked for friends and family and completely fell in love with this line of line of work. I’ll happily play fetch or take your dog on a hike. I’d love to brush out your cat’s coat and entertain them with toys. I have experience making frozen enrichment activities for the shelter dogs as well. I would love to meet your furry family and sincerely promise they will be cared for with the love and respect that family members deserve.

Give me your rule book for your pets and I will follow it. I love going on walking trails so if you felt comfortable with your dog leaving the home I’d be ecstatic to take them on an adventure. Like I’ve said before, your pets will be treated as my family. I will advocate for your animals and protect them in every way that I can.

Shannah was a great dog sitter when they were my roommate. They would always play with my dog Pochita as well as feed him and walk him when I was at work. They took him on extra long walks on nice days and always knew what he needed when I was gone. Shannah would be great with your pets as well!
Shannah is patient and kind, with genuine concern for the welfare of my dog. She has even noticed things before I have. My dog Cooper had a lump on his right side that she brought to my attention. We were able to get him treated in time and make a complete recovery, thanks to her! I never worry when Shannah is looking after Cooper. She even lets him sleep with her when we’re gone to reduce his anxiety!

Schedule
I have a very flexible schedule, I’m practically going to be there when you need me with in reason of course. Just about anything in my life can be moved around to accommodate you if I have enough notice. Things always come up and life is unpredictable so as long as we are both understanding of that for each other all will be well.
