My sister, Shanna, has always been the most devoted animal lover I know. She was the first in our household who wanted a dog, and together we raised our tiny pup from barely a month old into a happy adult—but she was undeniably his favorite, taking him everywhere and showering him with affection. Even later in life, she became the kind of person who simply had to pet every dog she encountered. Now that I have two dogs of my own, they absolutely adore her and often prefer her attention over mine. She is caring, attentive, and completely trustworthy—anyone would be lucky to have her as a dog walker or pet sitter.
