Very helpful with a last minute holiday booking. Replies were always prompt and she took great care of my kitty!

Shanna was excellent, I feel so guilty leaving Nikki, especially on holidays, but Shanna made sure he was well taken care of and properly spoiled! She sent the sweetest updates as well, if you are needing a sitter I would highly recommend Shanna!

Shanna has been an absolute blessing for Nikki and I, I’ve had several last minute changes in my holiday schedule and she’s been the most flexible and helpful person! She’s been punctual and sends me detailed updates, and thinks to do the little things that are above and beyond to make sure my kitty is well taken care of. I will absolutely be reaching out again for future needs, I would highly recommend!

DO NOT BOOK!! When we returned back from our honeymoon our cat was completely out of water. We have a water fountain that holds about a weeks worth of water and it was completely empty. The house was at 78 degrees. The house was placed on heat and not cool bc it was cold when we left but I would expect someone to look at the temperature in the house if it is that hot and adjust the thermostat or at least call/txt to ask if they should adjust the air. The litter robot was also not functioning when we returned. I had left a very detailed instruction list for this sitter, stressing that it would be no hassle at all to call or txt me if something was not working properly. I am not sure how long my poor cat had to endure this! Thank goodness we decided to comeback into town 3 days early! It’s a terrible feeling to trust your pet in someone else’s hands while you go get married and come back not knowing how long your cat hasn’t been cared for.
