Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine because caring for animals has always been a regular part of my life. Having pets is a huge responsibility; they rely on you to take care of them, so it's important to stick to a schedule so they feel loved and cared for. As of right now, I have a very open and flexible schedule, which allows me to be available whenever I’m needed. I'm open to last-minute requests or a set schedule!

I care for pets in both my home and my client’s home by keeping their routine as consistent and stress-free as possible. I know how important familiarity is for animals. In my own home, I maintain a consistent and structured routine for my pets. My dog and cat are fed at the same time every day to keep them on a healthy schedule. My dog gets daily morning walks and dedicated playtime to help burn off energy, especially since she’s a very energetic puppy. I also make sure my cat’s litter box is cleaned daily, and I always clean up promptly after my dog, both indoors and outdoors. I’ve personally potty-trained my dog, which shows my patience and consistency in training. I love taking my dog to local dog parks because I love to be outside and active while also getting her used to socializing. In addition, I stay on top of regular grooming needs, including nail trims, baths, and dental care.

Some fun activities I’ll do with your pets include taking them on adventures around the neighborhood, visiting dog parks, and exploring new environments. I also enjoy playtime with games like fetch and tug-of-war. I always enjoy a good belly rub and snuggles, too, for the more relaxed pets. Every pet has an activity that is their favorite, so I want to make sure I make time for their favorite activity so that they always have a fun experience with me.

What sets me apart from other sitters is my strong knowledge of different dog and cat breeds and their unique needs. I understand that every breed has its own personality traits and care requirements, and I tailor my approach to make sure each pet feels comfortable under my watch. I’m also knowledgeable about recognizing early signs of sickness or discomfort. I pay close attention to changes in behavior, so I can quickly spot when something may be wrong and notify you right away. I have cared for my own pets from their puppy and kitten stages all the way through their senior years, so I truly understand how their needs change throughout every phase of life. I also have experience administering medications, including oral medications and injections to pets Ive cared for before.
