Welcome everyone! I've been on Rover since May 2022. However, I have 16 years of dedicated pet care experience. I bring a lifetime of love and expertise to every pet I look after. I've been a pet owner for most of my life, and I cared for three small dogs who each held a special place in my heart. My beloved Bichon Frises, Sam and Millie, lived to the ripe ages of 19 and 20. Both were special needs pets; Millie had dementia and Sam had arthritis. We made every accommodation to ensure they thrived in their golden years, providing them with the specialized care they needed. Recently, we had to say goodbye to our Maltipoo, Sophie (12 years old), who was with us since she was a puppy. She was full of energy and joy, but sadly, she was diagnosed with cancer and passed away in July 2024 despite our best efforts with treatments. Her loss was sudden and heartbreaking, but we cherished every moment we had with her. In early 2025, we welcomed a new member to the family: Minnie, our miniature Goldendoodle puppy. She's high-energy, incredibly friendly, and currently in training. Minnie is already learning to respect other dogs' space, and she loves having company—whether it's a fellow puppy or a senior dog companion. She's crate-trained, supervised closely, and socialized gradually with our visiting Rover guests. Having her around has given me even more insight into early puppy development and behavior, which I apply when caring for younger dogs. My experience isn't just limited to my pets. I've also taken care of friends' pets and welcomed many dogs into my home for boarding and daycare. I understand the high energy levels of puppies and enjoy the lively and joyful atmosphere they bring. I make sure each dog gets plenty of attention and exercise to keep them happy and healthy. I also have taken care of my friend's cat recently for two weeks! I would love to host and see more cats. At my home, your pet will receive personalized attention and care. I deliberately keep the number of dogs I board to a minimum to ensure a comfortable and stress-free environment for each guest. This way, every dog receives ample one-on-one time with me, creating a nurturing and loving experience. I genuinely adore all types of dogs and am committed to providing the best care possible.
