I have dogs of my own and understand how important it is to find someone you trust to care for your furry family members. Whether I am caring for your pet in your home or on a walk, my goal is to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I do my best to maintain their normal routine, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and plenty of attention. As a pet owner myself, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your furry family member. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to provide a calm, caring environment where they can feel at ease. I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking dogs for walks, playing with them, and making sure they get the exercise and mental stimulation they need. I am also happy to provide updates and photos throughout the stay so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy and well cared for. For Example 30-Minute Dog Walks include a fun stroll around your neighborhood or a nearby trail to give your pup the exercise, fresh air, and mental stimulation they need throughout the day. 30-Minute Drop-In Visits include potty breaks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, belly rubs, and plenty of attention to keep your pet happy and comfortable while you’re away. House Sitting includes staying with your pets in the comfort of their own home, providing companionship, potty breaks, meals, walks, playtime, and lots of love and attention throughout the stay.

Shania is absolutely the best dog sitter we could ask for! She has cared for our aussiedoodle, Rona, on numerous occasions many times, and every time we leave town, we have complete peace of mind knowing Rona is in her care. She goes above and beyond with walks, playing with Rona, and making sure she gets plenty of attention and love. Shania is incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about the pets she watches. Rona is always excited to see Shania, which says everything. We are so grateful to have someone we can count on!
Shania is one of the best pet caregivers I know! She is super responsible, trustworthy, and so caring with animals! She is great with communication, always willing to send updates and pictures, and really sensitive to what my dog might be needing. I’ve worked with her for years and she is absolutely the best!

Schedule
I am currently enjoying my summer break from teaching and have a flexible schedule for drop-in visits, dog walks, and house sitting. I can often accommodate daytime visits and some last-minute bookings. During the school year, I am available before and after work, evenings, weekends, and holidays. When caring for your pets, I will do my best to maintain their normal routine and make them feel as comfortable as possible while you’re away.
