I am currently working full-time in the DC metro area from Monday-Friday. I am able to come home during lunch breaks if needed. Also, am able to work from home at least 3-4x a month.

Prior to dog boarding, I want to know how your pup is with other dogs and if he/she is trained. Additionally, is your dog crate trained and leashes trained.
A typical day
I frequently go to the closest dog park near us. If your pup prefers more private area to play there is a private dog park that usually has 0-1 dogs there daily. If your dog enjoys being social we go to another dog park that ranges from 3-10 dogs. I also like taking pups on long walks ranging from 2-3.5 miles.

Hello, my name is Shanelle and I have been on Rover for 4 years! I was raised with different dogs (i.e. Pit Bull, Cocker Spaniel, and Chihuahuas), and currently a proud dog mom to Jax (Vizsla/American Staffordshire terrier mix). Basically another way of saying dogs are treated like family to me so expect your dog to be treated the same! Moreover, I am a responsible and loving individual with knowledge on beginner/intermediate training commands. So if your dog is currently going through training or just finished training, I will ensure to continue to enforce those training commands and practice with them. With that being said, I will respect and properly follow your instruction on how to properly take care of your fur baby and consult with you before making a decision. Daily updates will be provided on your pup to keep you informed on their behavior/experience with me.

Shanelle is fantastic! She is very sweet, responsible, has great communication, and most importantly, was wonderful with our dog, Chip. I was actually home recovering from surgery, so I was able to see her interact with him. He was so excited to see her when she arrived to walk him and I knew he was in good hands with her. We will definitely contact her again next time we need dog walking or boarding!
Shanelle took such great care of our dog! She sent lots of photos to make sure that we knew that Bubba was well and having fun. I would highly recommend her to look after any dog.
Shanelle is AWESOME! I came home to two tired pups. She played ball with them, fed them, made sure they went potty, and gave them a treat! In the 7 hours I was gone she dropped by 3 times for 30 minutes per visit. I wasn’t at all worried about my pups because she sent me reports each time she came by…Shanelle is truly a top notch dog sitter and I highly recommend her! I will definitely be calling on her services again.
Kuki was super happy while staying with Shanelle! I received tons of updates and photos, so I always knew how my dog was doing. Shanelle is very caring person and she takes good care of dogs under her supervision. I truly recommend!
