I’m flexible with timing, and since I have other clients as well, I appreciate working together on a schedule that fits us both. I also have a dog of my own, Spud, so I understand how important consistency and trust are. With good communication, I keep every pet on a routine that feels safe and reliable.

It’s important to know if a pet is aggressive toward kids or other dogs, if they bark a lot or are reactive, whether they’re crate trained, and how they do with car rides and other dogs. If I am needed in the home for overnight stays is my dog allowed to come with me.
A typical day
I love keeping pets active and happy with walks, fetch, puzzle toys, and fun games. I also use a pole toy for extra play and exercise time!

Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, and bathe their pets. I’m patient, gentle, and make sure every dog feels comfortable, safe, and loved. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or long walks, I make sure each pup gets the care and attention they deserve. I’ve also worked at a doggie daycare so I saw how things were ran.

Shanell is very friendly and responsive and took great care of our elderly pit bull mixes in our home while we were away. Our dogs also really enjoyed having play dates with Shanell’s young pup. We would definitely have Shanell watch our dogs and home again!
Shanell has been walking my pup for about a week now and has been extremely reliable . I had another sitter drop out on me the day before I started my new job and Shanell responded quickly and came next day for a meet and greet! She always sends updates and my pup seems to rly be taking a liking to her. Cant wait to continue working with her!
