Shanell was fantastic! She’s very friendly with my dogs, handled them well, and went on a walk and to the park. She was able to navigate my complex building instructions w/o any issues
Shanell communicated a brief update when things were going well which I really appreciated!
There was a slight miscommunication about the amount of exercise my dog needed but otherwise Shanell was very friendly and our dog seemed to be happy. We appreciated her help!
