This was the second time Lulu has stayed with Roxy and she had an amazing time and was well cared for and loved. Roxy is easy to schedule with and communicates wonderfully with updates and photos. Will definitely book again.

Unfortunately, this stay was not a good fit for our dog. We disclosed beforehand that Kora is very friendly and high energy, and she has no bite history. While initially a pleasant experience and we were greeted politely, during the stay, the sitter informed us that Kora lunged toward another dog, but clarified there was no bite or injury. From the description, it sounded more like overexcited/play behavior than aggression. We immediately tried to work collaboratively and even offered to have a crate brought over if that would help, but the sitter instead asked us to arrange completely different care during a holiday weekend while we were out of town. This left us scrambling to coordinate emergency pickup and alternate care. We fully respect that sitters should only care for dogs they feel comfortable handling, but we were disappointed by how quickly the stay was ended and by the lack of professionalism during pickup. Our friend who picked Kora up felt the interaction was rude and dismissive. This may be a better fit for calmer or lower-energy dogs.
