Loving Care in Prescott Home
I provide a loving home in a peaceful, centrally located Prescott home near Costco. I believe that exercise, sunshine, rest and a loving home are the keys to a dog's happiness. As you can see from the 100 images posted in my profile, your pooch will be well taken care of. My customers tend to prefer the loving home environment of Rover rather than high-energy commercial settings. My house is a perfect place for dogs who thrive in a quiet, stress free environment. The goal is to only accept happy dogs who enjoy being around people and other dogs.

Scout had another FANTASTIC day with Shane and her other playmates. They took a relaxing walk and enjoyed the entire day.
My dog has stayed with Shane many times. He always goes above and beyond with his pet care whether it’s making sure the dogs get out to the park each day or paying special attention to feeding and medication instructions. Truly the best! My dog always comes home happy and sleepy.
Well, Mingus, my dog, cannot talk, of course. But she seems OK. Especially considering that she is wearing a cone and has a large bandage over her hip, because of a spider bite on her hip about 10 days ago. I had to leave her with Shane for 48 hours ( a little longer than planned) due to a business trip. Shane was accommodating. He texted me a couple of time to let me know how she was doing, I appreciated that, because I was a little worried. His house is spacious and clean. He has several water bowls for dogs to drink whenever then need. His yard is not huge, but with her bandage she was not going to run around anyways. He was boarding a couple of other dogs at the same time as mine. I will likely call Shane next time I need to go out of town without my dog.
Shane was amazing! Fenny had a great time and was very well taken care of while we were on a trip. She can be a handfull at times and Shane handled her very well, took her on walks and gave her all the attention she wanted.

Schedule
Safety is the number one priority, so your dog will be kept on a leash at all times during walks. I invested in commercial grade orthopedic floor beds to ensure all pups are comfortable while lounging in the house. Since the loss of my two dogs, I no longer have any pets in the house. I also don't have children, cats or tenants.

I've always had a passion for dogs, so working with them is a true blessing. The only items needed is leash, food & treats. I do not pass out human food for safety reasons.
A typical day
My service includes exercise, access to the yard, medicine delivery and feedings. Exercise is custom tailored for each dog depending on age & activity. A long walk is a great way to bond with your dog, and I enjoy the fresh air as much as they do. Sun naps, walks at the lake, or cuddling on the couch watching movies are popular activities. Dogs can make themselves at home. Whatever they can do at your home they can do here.

- Please let us know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for. Any size & breed is fine but they should be well-behaved, non-destructive and potty-trained. Older dogs should be able to walk at least half a mile and have full bladder control.
