Shane is a conscientious, kind, and genuinely caring person, which made it very easy for me to trust him with Toulouse. While I was away, he went well beyond the basic instructions I provided. He was attentive to Toulouse’s needs and made a real effort to ensure he felt safe and comfortable, especially during moments when he could have been distressed. It was clear that Shane didn’t just “check in”… he was thoughtful, patient, and fully engaged in providing proper care and companionship. On top of that, he was also very respectful of my home, keeping everything clean and tidy throughout. I highly recommend Shane to anyone looking for someone reliable and compassionate to care for their pet.
