We can put your mind at ease!
We have been caring for dogs, cats, donkeys, goats, and pigs for well over 10 years. We have recently moved to Athens and bring with us that experience to offer to you! We have helped birth and raised numerous dogs, numerous cats from birth, to include bottle feeding both dogs and cats. I have worked at horse ranch as well. My wife and I have grown up around and cared for animals all of our life.

We can’t say enough good things about Shane, Kayla, and their family. Our two pups absolutely love staying with them! It’s such a relief to pick them up and see them so relaxed and happy; in the past, they’ve often seemed anxious after a stay with other dogsitters, but never with Shane and Kayla. It’s truly a "home away from home" for our dogs.
Really nice and great people. They sent pictures and were quick to respond with any questions. When I got Carl back you just tell he was well cared for and had fun. Would definitely book with them again!
Shane & Kayla were fantastic hosts! They took care of our dog for two weeks and they were constantly sending us updates and pictures showing how our dog was having a great time and in great care. Thank you so much Shane & Kayla for taking care of our pet! 100% recommend.
I feel so blessed to have found Shane and Kayla. They and their children are wonderful with Delilah. I miss Delilah when I am away, but the pictures they send are a huge help. I think Delilah is bored when she comes home. Everyone gives her so much love and attention at their house! Perfect situation !🥰

Schedule
I currently work full time and I'm home by 5pm, but my wife is a stay at home mother, so someone will always be available for potty breaks, feeding, watering or play time! We are able to do drop in visits, boarding as well as dog sitting!

We currently have 4 very friendly dogs that get along great with any animal we have had over or around, so plenty of friends for your pup to play with! We also have a large fenced in yard, and a shop with concrete flooring for shelter if needed.

A typical day
Depending on your pups needs, we can run around our large fenced yard with my dogs, or even play fetch. We can also have fun chasing each other!
