I love to go on long walks with dogs, my dog Rory and I are frequent visitors of both Riverside and Central Park. I am happy to adjust my walk and play style to suit your dog’s needs.

I’ve owned and taken care of dogs for nearly 20 years. My 7 year old goldendoodle Rory is my best friend and has been by my side since he was 12 weeks old. Before that I had 12 years of experience with my childhood dog Winston the beagle. Rory previously had some health issues (now resolved!) including IBD so I am well versed in accounting for any sort of special needs. I love all dogs, small and large and am happy to adjust care-taking styles to make your pup feel as happy and comfortable as possible!

Shane was great with Fitz and extremely communicative. I got a lot of updates and pictures throughout his stay. He lives near a park and had an indoor dog run, which means your dog will get great exercise regardless of the weather. Definitely recommend!
I’ve known Shane for my whole life and have seen firsthand how much he cares about animals. He is the proud owner of Rory, his Goldendoodle, and Rory is one of the happiest, most well cared for dogs I’ve ever met. Shane is constantly taking Rory on walks, playing with him, and making sure he gets plenty of attention, exercise, and love. I always receive videos of the two of them out exploring or playing together, and it’s obvious how strong their bond is. Shane is responsible, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoys spending time with dogs. Any pet owner can feel confident knowing their dog would be treated with the same care, patience, and affection that he gives Rory every day. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter or dog walker.
Shane has raised a wonderful dog (Rory), who is now 7 years old. He’s also a Rover customer and understands that the best Rovers are the ones who are responsive to pet parent needs, especially when pets are sick or generally more difficult. Additionally, he is clean, kind, and courteous of others’ space. Shane is truly excellent with dogs!
