Information Shandra M. would like to know about your pet

Please let me know if your dog has any special requirements, medication needs, or if your pet is easily startled by certain noises, certain breeds of dogs or people approaching on the trail too quickly. Sometimes animals can be spooked by the most amazing things, and I want to know how I can best offer care to your best buddy. If your pet has had past surgeries that would limit their mobility or ability to safely play, we can limit any movements like jumping etc.

A typical day

Once we spend some quality "get to know each other time" I will then offer to play, go for a walk, teach them a new trick or just hang out and give them lots of pets and belly rubs. 2-3 walks per day on the trails close by would be fun or if they have special needs and they would rather, we will relax in the back yard and play with Charlie our labrador.

Pet care experience

Animals are my preferred best friends. I grew up on a small farm and had animals everywhere! Newborn puppies to senior dogs were always in my life. My family raised Labrador's, horses, cows, pigs and chickens so I am not stranger to animal care. Currently my husband and I have a 9-year-old black Labrador named Charlie and he loves everyone and every pup. Most of days are spent at home so I can spend tons of time with your baby. If you need me to stay in your home, I am there for you and will love on your pets like they were my own. Maybe you just need a day care for your pup while you explore the area? We have a secure fenced yard and, in the summer, kiddie pools for your pooch to cool off. Your fur babies will be well taken care of, lots of love and belly rubs. We have access to miles of trails just across the street so if your pup needs more activity we can hike and have miles of fun. I can even assist in rides to and from the airport, ask me the details. Welcome!

Shandra was terrific. Great communication and really helpful. Bruno loves her and I feel very comfortable with her watching him.

Our exuberant dog, Winnie, had such a good time (again) that she did not want to get in the car to leave! She waited until Shandra was completely out of sight, before getting in the car, very tired and content. Shandra is also great at communication during the daycare.

Shandra was the best dog sitter I’ve ever encountered! Our little Luna lived her best life with her. She got go on several walks per day and even was allowed to cuddle in bed with Shandra! We received updated and videos of her so we were not worried at all about how Luna was doing. I highly recommend Shandra to watch anybody’s fur babies.

You can't ask for a better pet care-giver than Shandra. She has taken care of my dog, Bella, on several occasions. I know that I can trust Shandra to give Bella the attention she needs to keep her happy and healthy. I highly recommend Shandra as a pet care-giver.
