I have a very flexible schedule to where I work from home. My schedule is pretty open throughout the week. If I’m not working Rover, I’m home being a dog mom!

I have handled many dogs with special needs. I’ve had one dog that was a rescue. Nursed him back. He’s the happiest dog ever now. He also had anxiety issues after and got better with switching up habits and him being more comfortable with me. I encourage meet up first if booking overnight to enhance the relationship with my new fur friends! ??
A typical day
I will treat your dogs with the same care I do of mine. I have dogs in all 3 different age groups so they all like different things. The younger one is more energetic so I would take her to the dog park let her run energy out. The bigger one is a little heavier with the same exact energy. I love doing treats with commands and belly rubs with a hair brush. The elderly one prefers just to be pampered and to take small walks. I’ve found really cool parks in my area and have a clean one in my neighborhood.

I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 12. Now, I am a dog mom of 3 beauties. I have a 16 yr old shitzu terrier mixed,3 yr old a pit bull , and a 6 months English bull dog! I got out of the medical field, and have now devoted my lifestyle to my at home marketing and being a full time dog mom! I’m skilled in handling dogs of all sizes and all energy levels. I love teaching new tricks and commands. I wanted to pursue dog training once and tend to mimic a lot of tips that stick with me. Communicating with dogs comes really natural to me, and I love on all of the different personalities I’ve met. Can’t wait to meet your fur babies! ****I am also able to assist with any oral medications your pet may have.

Shanavia filled in to dog sit for us after our original sitter has to cancel during her stay due to a personal emergency. Shanavia was so responsive and jumped in to help take care of our two dogs willingly. She took excellent care of them and gave them lots of enrichment. She also sent regular updates and helped put us at ease during a stressful time. She was great!!
Shanavia made me feel so safe and comfortable. My dog is a little crazy but she was so patient and took the time to understand my dog and train her. She has become my go to walker!
