I’m 47 years old and have been caring for pets my entire life. From my first kitten, snowball, at 5 years old, to my current dog and 3 cats. I grew up on a horse boarding stable and spent most of my childhood riding and showing horses. I wanted to be a veterinarian back then and would follow Dr. Scott all over when he’d visit. I never made it to vet, but spent several years in my 20’s working as a vet tech and groomers assistant. I have been sitting with Rover for several years now and love spending time with my fur friends! Don’t worry, my family is home with my babies when I’m gone on a stay!

I do not currently offer stays in my home. I have recently relocated to an apartment and though it works for my pets, it is not suitable for other pets

Shana was great with my two kitties — was always punctual, communicative, and accommodating! Having her drop in daily gave us such peace of mind and we always looked forward to her updates.
Ms. Shana took well care of our fur babies. She was friendly and responsive. She kept us updated while we were away. We appreciate the care and attention she gave them and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy to care for their pets.
Shana was great with Duke. She communicated with us daily and sent picture. Our travels were much more enjoyable knowing that Duke was getting the care and attention he needed. I would highly recommend Shana to anyone who is looking for a pet sitter. We will definitely be contacting her again when we need a sitter for Duke.

Shana is a gem. She stayed in my home with "the kids" for 4 days. My senior dog and my 2 cats were all well cared for and loved on. She also sent periodic updates and pics, which helped put my mind at ease while away. When I came home, everything was clean, and the floofs were all happy. Thanks so much, Shana!!

Schedule
I’m currently on furlough and have open availability for sitting and walking. This is not currently applicable. May offer services in my home in the future

- I do not have and breed preferences or restrictions. Prior to bringing new animals into my home I do require they be socialized with other animals and people. If there are any behavioral issues, health problems, or dietary concerns regarding animals I would obviously need to know. I also require pets be in flea treatment of some sort. Though my pets are treated we do go places they can pick them up.
