Pet care fits naturally into my daily and weekly routine. As a part‑time student with no outside employment, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to each dog I care for. Whether your pet stays in my home or I come to yours, I’m able to provide consistent supervision, regular walks, and a calm, structured environment. I’m already active with my own dog, so incorporating additional walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day is something I genuinely enjoy.

In my home, pets enjoy a safe and comfortable environment tailored to their needs. I have a secure dog run in the yard for outdoor playtime and potty breaks, and I keep an extra crate available if a dog prefers or requires one. Dogs are welcome on the couch, and there are multiple dog beds throughout the house for cozy resting spots. My own dog is well‑trained and friendly with other social dogs, but I can easily separate pets into different areas of the home if that’s the best setup for their comfort. Whether I’m caring for your dog in my home or yours, I treat every pet with the same attention, love, and care I give my own.

A typical day
I love keeping pets active, engaged, and happy. We’ll spend time playing in the yard, going for relaxing walks in the field, and enjoying fun games like fetch. I always incorporate positive reinforcement with treats (as allowed), and of course, plenty of belly rubs for those who love them. My goal is to make every pet feel entertained, comfortable, and cared for throughout their stay.

I have experience working with dogs small-large and have taken ~2 years of dog training classes for my own dog. Experienced dog walker and now available for boarding.

I would absolutely trust Shana to watch my pets again! She’s great with animals and is very caring and attentive. I’ve had Shana watch my dog while being away and I know she was treated like her own pet and having a blast. My dog can be a handful but i never have to worry about her when she’s with Shana, and I’m always getting updates. 10/10 recommend!
