Shan is amazing. She is super communicative and commits to playtime with my cat to get his energy out. She even figured out how to get him to play with toys that I had previously failed with! She sends pics every visit and lets me know how he is doing, mood, etc. and you can tell she really cares about his well being. I will 100% continue to book with Shan in the future!

I highly recommend Shan to take care of your dear pets. Shan has been taking care of my two cats when we go on vacation for over 3 years now. She is loving, pays very close attention to detail, and goes the extra mile to make sure they have all they need and give them the attention they deserve.
Shan was lovely with my pup Oakley! We went away for a few days, and Shan was always on time, communicative and listened to all our instructions. We received pics and videos every day! She is a lot of fun- Oakley told us- and played with every toy that was brought her way by Oakley himself. He can be reactive, and Shan did an amazing job of handling him and his triggers. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of my favorite guy!

Being Shan’s sister in law I could not speak higher of her and recommend a better person to trust with your furry ones! Shan has watched my dog Chowder several times over the past 3 years when my husband and I are away and he absolutely adores her! Whenever Shan comes to visit he is so happy because he know she will be playing with him. Shan is a very nurturing and caring person which she shows to the animals in her life as well!
