While I’m a full time substitute teacher, I consider pet sitting my legitimate business and take it seriously. I will show up professionally for you and your pet.😊 *I charge what I do for overnights because it includes a pm and am check, normally $20/each + I will be sleeping in your home*

I will care for your pet as if they are my own. Don’t worry about the length of notes you leave me, what’s important to you is important to me! I’m very experienced with giving medications orally and using a needle like with insulin, changing diapers, applying ointments, etc. (Medical care is within reason. I do not have any formal training nor do I see a need as I’m not cut out for that. Thank you for understanding.) I love sending photos and videos throughout the day to show how well they’re doing🥰

Please be considerate of prior existing plans when booking, as last minute changes may interfere with my availability. This includes if your animal requires extended care, or that you’re leaving much earlier/getting back much later than originally stated. Last minute changes puts stress on me, and possibly your pet- since I may have something I can’t get out of in which case your pet will be the one affected. Hablo español! A typical day
My day typically starts at 530am. I’ll let poochie out in the yard or take them for a walk, feed them breakfast to your specifications, and if I work that day I’ll take them out again right before I leave around 7. I’ll return around 330 to let them out, give them lovens, and a treat. I could likely have other pet sitting appts or personal errands to run, but I will never be gone for more than 8 hours at any time. Please specify timing with medication so I can align my schedule accordingly.

Im experienced in training (not certified), and caring for senior & special needs animals. I have sat over 200 pets as I don’t solely use Rover. I look forward to hearing from you! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Shan took such great care of my dog, Stitch, while I was away. She made him feel right at home and kept me updated with pictures and messages, which gave me total peace of mind. Stitch came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. It’s obvious she truly cares about the dogs she watches. I’ll definitely be booking with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and reliable sitter!
