Safety, trust & environment
You make their experience as comfortable as possible. Make them feel comfortable, let them get to know the area. If it’s their home you let them do their normal. You can’t change up their schedule, especially if it’s their home. You are in their space and you don’t take that away from them.

Shammar is very responsive and helpful! We needed someone to come a night early and he was able to help us out. He communicates well and kept pur house clean and our pups happy!

Schedule
I don’t have any pets but I understand know they’re schedule and what they need from food to needing to take a bathroom break outside. You meet their schedules that are set from their owners. It’s that simple.
