However, my husband works remotely and will be available at home, so there will always be an adult present in the house when we have dog clients. Your dog will be safe and get our full attention and care. Our kitties are dog-friendly and have had no issues with dogs.

I am comfortable with all kinds of cats. I would be comfortable with mid- to low-level energy dogs. I do have experience with high energy dogs as well.
A typical day
I love playing and cuddling with cats and kittens. I have a fenced backyard for dogs to play. We will stick to their walking and playing schedules and will take them to pet-friendly parks.

Hi there! I am pleased to sign up in Rover to provide first-class services to your pets. Cat-sitting: I am blessed to have two very loving kittens at my home. I have years of experience in taking care of cats. I have freely offered cat-sitting services to my friends just to be able to spend time with their adorable furry friends. I have training and experience in providing care for kittens that I acquired during my time as a volunteer for Nebraska Humane Society. Dog-boarding: I have been a Rover sitter since 2019 and absolutely love being a dog-sitter. I am experienced with the basic dog-sitting routines. Through Rover, I have gained experience in taking care of older dogs and am experienced in administering medications to dogs. My house has a small partially-fenced backyard, where I can take your dogs to play and have a great time. My home is very dog-friendly, with close proximity to many parks and the airport. I will love and care for your dog as if it were my own :) If requested, I can accept only one dog client (max. 2 dogs per household) at a time. Shamma is a great Sitter! We boarded our cat with Shamma for 6 days. She took excellent care for our cat and sent us regular updates with pics and videos. I would highly recommend using Shamma as your cat sitter over a cat hotel where cats tend to catch an exception (happened to our cat previously) or are locked in a cage. We can tell our cat had a good time when we picked her up and we will definitely book Shamma again in the future.
Shamma provided loving care for my two dogs for 5 days. I was a bit concerned about one of them who is anxious and seemed to be suffering from some back pain before we dropped them off, but he blossomed to become more comfortable and confident while staying with her. She sent lots of photos and videos and reported that my dogs got along well with her cats as well as the humans in the household. I would definitely use Shamma again when I need to fly from SFO. She was an excellent communicator and very flexible about our changing schedule.
