Picture this: You have a trip coming up or just want to go on a PET-NERNITY leave (pun intended) and need someone or somewhere to drop your beloved pet off. You asked your friends and family, but they’re busy as well. A kennel is an option, but you know… diseases. Stating that I love pets would be a huge understatement. I currently have a pet cat named Buddy. I also have pets at my workplace! We have two guinea pigs and a rabbit the students and I spoil and pamper.I grew up with a Black Labrador Retriever, three Akitas, and a Husky. My sister has a poodle, my friends have a litter of poodles, and I’ve watched my friend’s dogs and cats! I will care for your fur babies like my very own. I truly believe that pets are an extension of the family and should be treated as such. During your absence, I can guarantee that you will receive constant updates through well-taken photos and videos throughout my stay. I typically care for pets in the clients’ homes. This can be visits or overnighters. I go out of my way to keep the home clean, respect space, and leave things in place while looking after your pet. Animals naturally gravitate towards me. I don't force and earn the trust of the animal(s) I'm caring for. As a full time pre-k teacher in Bethesda with pets in the classroom as well as my own cat at home , pet care is a part of my daily routine. Wherever I’m taking care of a pet, I work it into my schedule.

I usually care for pets in my client’s home as I’ve found animals are most comfortable and best in their environment. I will have a lot of questions for you and I welcome questions as well! Communication is a huge part of the safety of your fur baby!

Schedule
I work full time, however, I will stay with your pet and take care of their needs. I will still go to work daily but usually can be flexible ( especially on weekends) and accommodate your pet. If they need walks, they will definitely get 2-3 walks a day.I do have a cat who is well taken care of and when I’m working and I will visit my cat ( he is never alone too long).

If there is a special way you give them medication, or there is a particular toy they like, or if there is a particular way they need to be fed and their energy level. What makes your dog/cat anxious? Where is it okay to pet ( some fur friends don't like to be touched on the head or tummy). Does your pet have any allergies?
