I’ve been around animals and have taken care of them since I was a child. I’ve been responsible for bathing, feeding, walking, grooming, playing and just giving them all of the love and attention they could ever want and need.

Bubba had such a fun time at Shalyssa’s! Bubba was there 3 days for daycare and has such a great time and was excited to be back the following days! Shalyssa had great communication and answers quickly whenever I messaged. Will be booking her again in the future to watch bubba!
Shalyssa, was very, very, accommodating. We had a very vigorous schedule and she was flexible with time from our meet and greet, our departure, and our return. While we were on our mini vacation she was in constant contact with us sending pictures etc. She was wonderful loving to our babies.
Shalyssa and her daughter are awesome! Kodak loved his stay. Shalyssa kept in touch throughout Kodak's stay, providing updates/pictures/videos.
Shalyssa was amazing!! I would definitely recommend her- She is timely and attentive, she kept me looped in with pix of my pup and small messages while I was away and even went above and beyond to bring in packages, among other things. She absolutely went above expectations with our visits and we will be for sure using her again!
My dog Coco loves Shalyssa so much!
Shalyssa M. is absolutely fabulous. My Coco took to her enthusiastically. She obviously loves animals and has just the personality for Rover! I enjoyed meeting Shalyssa during the meet/greet and so did Coco. She is punctual and very kind.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in townhome with a fenced backyard in a quiet neighborhood areas perfect for dog walking. If your animal needs to be crated, if I need to step out for any reason, that is not an issue. I do not have any pets of my own anymore. My son went to doggy heaven last year so I take pride in helping others with their fur baby’s!
A typical day
I love making sure the animals in my care have as much fun as possible. Lots of attention, games of fetch and just playfully running around outside.
