Once again Ms Shaleyann pulls through! I had a last minute trip fall through and rescheduled and on very short notice she was able to take our dog! She will send pictures on request, communicates promptly, one is always professional.

From what I gathered she wasn’t even home majority of time as she told me she” was getting married “ there is about 3 different people looking after animals and they are just sitting around with animals in there kennel with doors closed, we gave special care instructions and non were followed he did not eat for 3 days, he was extremely dehydrated and under feed we give him wet and dry food with bone broth twice daily and we left him with multiple toys. When we got him he was covered in his own or other animals pee which is concerning because he NEVERRRR using the restroom in the house or his kennel he knows how to announce himself as well as extremely patient due to his service training and we were told he ruined his toys and they were “thrown away”. we didn’t get his handmade food back or his bone broth as well as he is a service animal and his patch was no longer attached to him once we came to get his . No he photos where taken of him the whole time, there was bare minimum reply’s on her end as well as she tried to give me her personal number to re book. Overall we will never bring Eros back as well as I now have trust issues with this app as this was our first and last time using
I was very skeptical at first cuz of some of the reviews but my doggies are great they aren’t having no diarrhea like some people said. They even got my dogs to eat all the food I took them as normally they don’t. They looked very well taken care of I met her and her husband they are both very nice. I will take them there again when I need to leave the state. The only thing would be some pee in cage. But the cage is huge !!!! They have an amazing system and they have lots of doggies to watch. Try them out and the price is amazing !! I prefer them over petsmart hotel any day. Petsmart did my dogs horrible.

Schedule
PSA: Please be aware that communication is huge to me so if I don’t hear back within 3-5 days about boarding your dog I will archive the message. Thank you for understanding. I own a kennel and my dad helps me. We are home most of the time to take care of the dogs and their needs. Communication is all we ask for.

I have a separate area for your dog/s at my house and it’s fenced off to keep everyone safe. I’ll do as told when I take care of your furry babies. I do bleach all kennels when rotating dogs in the kennels as dog leave along with washing there blankets/beds/ anything else that’s needed to be washed.
Pets
A typical day
I'll leave the dog outside and let them roam in the fenced-in area. I also play fetch with them. I only leave the dog outside as long as it's cool out.
