Hello everyone! I am a university of Texas at San Antonio graduate and I work at the VCA animals hospital as technician assistant. I’ve been doing this for over 4years. I love animals very much and always willing to helping when needed. Shakendria was very professional and flexible.
Shakendria is very conscientious. She communicates well. She was at the house at the appointed times. Our cats were happy. One of our cats is quite shy and does not like to meet new people. She came right out to meet Shakendria. The litter box and area around it was cleaned well. I would definately use Shakendria again!
Shakendria was very patient and kind to my sweet boy. He was timid when they first met, but she took the time to make him feel comfortable before taking him on his walk.
