Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. I’ve cared for dogs and cats for friends, family, and neighbors, and I’m comfortable with everything from walks and feeding to playtime and cuddles. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, loved, and comfortable while their owners are away, and I’ll keep you updated with plenty of photos along the way!

Having cared for my own dog, Kaya, for the past 10 years, I understand how important it is to trust someone with your pet. Kaya has hip dysplasia and a sensitive stomach, so I’ve become very familiar with following specific feeding instructions, administering supplements, monitoring for discomfort, and adapting activities to meet a dog’s individual needs. I know that every pet is different, and I’ll always take the time to understand and follow your pet’s routine to keep them safe, comfortable, and happy while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and well-being are my top priorities. I’ll carefully follow any instructions regarding feeding, medications, exercise, or special accommodations and will keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away.

Shaina went above and beyond on her walk with Maxi. She took him to a nearby park and he looks like he had so much fun!! Very thankful also for her accommodation to my last minute bookings :)
Shaiya is one of those people that animals immediately gravitate toward. She has a huge heart and is incredibly patient with animals. She’ll make sure they feel safe, loved and well cared. If you’re looking for someone who is trustworthy, attentive, and truly enjoys being around animals, I would not hesitate to recommend Shaiya. Your pets will be in great hands.
She loved Mongo like she was his mom. I think i even heard her bark when talking to him... Just playen she was incredible to Mongo and communicated with me consistently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Schedule
I have a flexible part-time work schedule, so I’m able to fit pet care into my week and make time for walks, drop-in visits, feeding, playtime, and lots of attention. I understand how important consistency is for pets, and I’ll always do my best to work around their routine and needs. My schedule varies from week to week, so feel free to reach out regarding availability. I’ll always be upfront about my schedule and availability before confirming a booking.
