🐾 SUMMER 2026 AVAILABILITY UPDATE 🐾 Thank you so much to all of my wonderful clients for keeping me busy! 😊 Beginning June 15, my availability will be changing slightly due to my daytime transportation job and summer school routes. My general availability will be: ☀️ Midday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM 🌙 Evenings: After 3:30 PM Some flexibility may be available depending on the day, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if your requested time falls outside of those windows. 📅 House Sitting Availability: I am currently unavailable for house sitting during the following dates due to existing bookings: • June 12–18, 2026 • June 19–27, 2026 • July 3–15, 2026 I am still available for select walks and drop-in visits during some of these dates, depending on timing and location. I have two large dogs Archie and Artemis, they love socializing with other dogs. We regularly visit local parks, Fort Funston, Stern Grove,Mission Hills, McClaren Park, and the beaches near Crissy Field for exercise and enrichment. Working at Ohana K9 Academy has given me hands-on experience caring for dogs of all breeds and temperaments. I’m comfortable maintaining routines, monitoring behavior, and can easily crate your dog if needed. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priority.

Please let me know if your dog has any special needs, medical conditions, allergies, or behavioral quirks so I can provide the best care possible. I’m comfortable working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, and my experience at Ohana K9 Academy has taught me how to read canine body language and handle high-energy or reactive dogs safely. If your pup follows a specific diet, supplement routine, or training plan, I’ll happily stick to it to keep them consistent and comfortable while you’re away.

I love keeping dogs both physically active and mentally stimulated. Depending on your pup’s energy level and personality, we might go for a walk around the neighborhood, visit one of our favorite parks, or explore Fort Funston or Stern Grove for some off-leash fun if allowed. Thanks to my experience at Ohana K9 Academy, I understand how important structured play and positive reinforcement are. I incorporate games, basic training cues, and enrichment activities to keep your dog engaged, happy, and tired by the end of the day.

I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and a proud fur mama to two rescue dogs, Archie & Artemis, and two cats, Pepper & Smokie. My passion for pet care led me to leave the cosmetics industry in 2021 to pursue what I truly love…working with animals. I previously worked at Ohana K9 Academy as a Kennel Technician, where I gained hands on experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I’m experienced in maintaining structured routines, including feeding, exercise, crate training, and enrichment, while closely monitoring each dog’s behavior and overall well being. I currently work part-time with Zūm, supporting student transportation, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule while continuing to provide consistent, reliable pet care. I also have strong knowledge of canine nutrition and enjoy supporting pets with balanced diets, including raw, freeze dried, cooked, and high quality kibble, along with appropriate treats, toys, and supplements tailored to their needs. My goal is to provide reliable, attentive care and ensure your pets feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. Pet care is something I’m truly passionate about, and I’m continuing to grow my experience and expand my services over time.

My two dogs loved Shailyng so much! My younger dog let her give him belly rubs, which is something he almost never does. They seemed so happy in all the photos she sent. The house was clean when we got home. I will definitely rebook Shailyng in the future.
I recently just moved to the Bay Area and I had to take a trip shortly after, so I got in contact with Shailyng. One of my cats has had health issues in the past related to moving, so I was worried that this would be an issue again. Having Shailyng come over daily and give me an update on their health and wellbeing was a huge reassurance and relief during my trip. Even though they were hiding during their visits she would keep me updated very closely and even worked with my landlord to make sure they were okay.
Very reliable and amazing with dogs! My puppy loves her! Tysm :)
Shailyng was awesome! She was super attentive to our elderly kitty and wonderful with communication. We will definitely work with her again!
