Hi! I'm a pet lover with over 5 years of pet sitting experience and 2 years of experience volunteering in cat enrichment at a local animal shelter. I've had my own cat, Roo, for over 3 years, so I know firsthand the love and attention that goes into feline care. With my love for cats and attention to detail, I make sure each kitty gets the personalized care they need to feel right at home! I hope to create a fun, safe, and comfortable environment for your kitties :)

In both my own home and my clients' homes, I provide comprehensive pet care tailored to each kitty’s needs. This includes regular feeding, grooming, and exercise routines, as well as administering any necessary medications. I prioritize creating a comfortable and safe environment, ensuring plenty of playtime and affection. Additionally, I'm vigilant about maintaining cleanliness, including regular litter box cleaning and tidying up pet areas. Overall, I strive to create a loving and nurturing environment where pets feel happy and healthy.

I rebooked Shailja for my last trip because she is a great sitter. She sends pictures on every visit, and I can see my cats had a lot of fun with her. Highly recommended!

Shailja took great care of my super clingy cat while I was away, sent lots of pictures, and was super responsive when I texted.
Shalu took care of our 2 cats as an in-home, overnight sitter while we were away for a very long trip. We have a cat that requires daily medication, and then a week prior to our trip, one cat developed an additional medical issue that complicated their care. All of this made me anxious about leaving, but Shalu was very understanding and reassuring. I seriously could not recommend Shalu more - she was communicative, courteous, flexible, experienced with complicated cat care, and took excellent care of our babies and our home despite all of the additional, last minute changes to care plan. We would book with her again in a heartbeat! Thank you, Shalu!!
