As a Toronto native now residing in Calgary, I work professionally as an Animation Lead in the video game industry. I am organized, detail oriented and responsible. Additionally, I do not smoke or drink and will not bring that into your home. I began my journey with Rover during my Bachelor of Animation degree, finding it a rewarding way to embrace responsibility, independence, and an active lifestyle. Growing up, my family had a beloved mixed lab, named Goliath, who was my best friend for 12 years. Saying goodbye to him was incredibly difficult, but I keep his memory alive with a tattoo of his name on my wrist. During my pet sitting experience, I have interacted with animals of all personality types including highly reactive, high energy, rescues, elderly dogs, puppies and socially anxious dogs. I would love to arrange a meet and greet to see if I'm the right fit for your pet. Please note that I ask a lot of questions to ensure I fully understand your pet's needs and provide the best care possible.

I provide adequate updates to the pet owner throughout the day and entire stay. My priority is keeping your pet safe and comfortable as well as my client well-informed and at ease with leaving their pet and house in my hands!

Shaena was absolutely wonderful with our two cats! Not only did she take amazing care of them and keep us well-updated the entire time, but she also went above and beyond by spot a house issue while we were away and notifying us immediately. We truly felt like she was looking out for both our pets and our home, which gave us total peace of mind. We were completely at ease having her in our house, will 100% book her again, and will be recommending her to everyone we know. You better book her fast before her schedule fills up!

Schaena will always be our go to sitter for our kitty, Oliver. She does such a great job making sure he’s well taken care of while we’re away and is very reliable. Shaena is our go to sitter for Mimi. Mimi knows her well, Shaena is also able to administer the daily medication, gives us such a relief. She always send in pictures and communicate timely. We have a couple packages came in ahead of schedule while we were away this time, she brought them in and notified us. Feel at ease with her watching our cat and the house. Definitely recommend to anyone in need.

Schedule
I work full-time during weekdays from 7AM to 3PM. If your dog is able to be left alone during the day, I am happy to provide care during the weekdays. I'm available full time during the weekends!
