Shae was fantastic every day we were gone. We could tell that she actually took the time to read their care instructions thoroughly. We received pictures of our cats during every feeding session which always puts our minds at ease. Highly recommend and would contact again!

Shae watched my 2 cats while I was out of town and was great! I felt at ease leaving town knowing she was taking care of them. She provided daily detailed updates with pictures and played with them every day. Will definitely be booking with her again!

Shae was professional, experienced and very responsive. She arranged to meet us ahead of time, was available for a last minute change to our booking, and helped us problem solve when she couldn't get in because our door lock wasn't functioning properly. She was a speedy communicator and I felt a huge amount of peace of mind having someone so reliable and trustworthy caring for our two cats for 3 days. We will definitiely book with Shae again.

Shae has taken care of my difficult cat several times! My cat can be quite reactive and have a bit of an attitude, but Shae has always handled her well. She is incredibly dependable and patient with all kinds of animals!

Shae is incredibly detail-oriented and takes care of all animals as though they were her own. Her ability to establish a routine that works within the animal's needs is exemplary, and she often notices small changes in an animal's behavior that others may miss.
