I have nothing but kind words to say about Shadin! I have a pretty nervous pup, and Shadin has gone above and beyond to take care of her needs. Though I was originally nervous to use Rover, she's definitely put all those nervous thoughts at ease. Shadin's been quickly accepted by my pup, Roux, which is rare for her, but goes to show how much time and care Shadin puts into the pets she is caring for. Roux gets super anxious during thunderstorms and during one of her visits, Shadin was a true source of comfort. By the time I came home it's as if nothing ever happened! I definitely recommend Shadin to anyone who is looking to leave their beloved 4 legged friends with someone who is trustworthy, pays attention to detail, and overall treats others' pets as one of her own!
