I have always owned/ cared for pets my entire life, which makes 25 years of caring for pets. I went to SUNY Alfred State College of technology, where I received my associates degree in veterinary technology, as well as a bachelors degree in technology management Fall of 2021. I started off volunteering at animal shelters in the fall of 2016. I worked as a Kennel assistant throughout the years of 2016 to 2020. I worked as a Veterinary Assistant from 2020 to 2023. I am currently a Veterinary Technician (Emergency animal nurse) at Veterinary Emergency Group. I have animal training, grooming, and Veterinary medical experience.

Shay was absolutely wonderful taking care of my dog. My dog is very nervous but Shay was great and was very slow with her. Shay was constantly taking pictures of her and making me feel comfortable. Will definitely use her for future services!
Shadaya is guaranteed a great pet care giver. I have two dogs a Pitbull & Shitzu- Yorkie that love Shadaya dearly. Shadaya is very attentive when she is taking care of my dogs and treats them as her own. My dogs are a bit needy and shaday doesn’t mind to cater to their needs . My dogs love spending time with shadaya. I would 100% recommend Shadaya because she also has experience in the vet field so leaving my dogs with her relives me of only worries. She is very responsible and a great person to communicate with when it comes to the needs of your furry friend🤎
What makes Shadaya special? Her love and care for animals. I have a beautiful Cane Corso but she can be very unfriendly at times; her unfriendlyness did not stop Shayday from building a relationship with my babygirl and they become friends quickly! Shadaya makes your dog feel comfortable, safe, and is extra attentive to thier needs. She also has experince in the Vet feild so she knows how to communicate well with owners as well as how to make the owners content and happy. Shadaya will treat your pet like her own, and if you know her pets you know they are pampered as pets should be! I have no doubts your pet(s) will be well taken care of with Shadaya because mine always is.

Schedule
I work a full time job at Veterinary Emergency Group three days a week. 12 hour shifts. I can also bring pets to work with me as well. So I am available all days out of the week.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not have a fenced in yard, but there is a hiking trail around the corner from my home where I walk my own dogs daily. Pets will never be put in a crate. (Unless you prefer for them to be crated) They are welcomed to walk around my house, on the couch, and in my bed. I feed my dogs twice a day and they get walked 3-4 times a day. Whenever I have to run errands they stay at home with pee pee pads located around the house.

I love keeping your pets busy! I will take them hiking, to dog parks, and play with them indoors as well. I have plenty of toys and interactive activities for them all.
