One of my best friends had a dog I helped care for from the time he was a puppy, and my grandparents always had dogs at home too. Being around animals has always felt natural and comforting to me. I’m gentle, patient, and careful, whether it’s a walk, playtime, or just quiet company, I take the time to understand what each dog needs to feel safe and loved. Ich hatte zwar noch nie ein eigenes Haustier, aber ich bin mit Hunden aufgewachsen und habe sie schon immer geliebt. Der Hund meiner besten Freundin war wie ein Teil meiner Familie – ich habe ihn oft betreut, schon seit er ein Welpe war. Auch meine Großeltern hatten immer Hunde, daher bin ich das Zusammensein mit Tieren gewohnt. Ich bin geduldig, vorsichtig und achtsam – ob beim Gassi gehen, Spielen oder einfach als ruhige Gesellschaft. Mir ist wichtig, dass sich jeder Hund bei mir sicher und wohl fühlt. I’ve known Shabari since the 4th grade in school. She is kind, loving and generous. She was my neighbour and classmate in school through college. We spent almost every day together until she moved to Germany. When we were 18 years old, I got my first puppy, a golden retriever, Russell. She shares a very special bond with him. Visits us everytime she comes down to India. She has been around since he was a puppy, helped around the house, taken him on walks and little adventures. She was also the one to make him his first collar with a little bell on it. It was adorable! I was overjoyed when she told me she was signing up for this program. I think she will make a wonderful home for any kind of pet. I’m positive she will take of the little ones like her own, just like she has for so many years with my sweet boy.

Schedule
I work full-time from home during the weekdays, so I’m available to care for your dog in the evenings and on weekends. I can also offer drop-in visits or short walks during my lunch break if needed—just let me know the schedule that works best for you!

During drop-in visits, I will ensure the pet is secure, well-fed, and gets a bathroom break, following any specific instructions you provide to make sure they feel comfortable. I will also respect your home, leaving everything just as I found it. For walks, I will choose safe, quiet routes and will keep your dog on a secure leash at all times, ensuring they enjoy the walk while staying safe. If I’m dog sitting at my home, I will provide a safe, calm, and pet-friendly environment. Your dog will feel at ease, whether through playtime, relaxation, or routine care. I will treat your pet like part of the family and follow any care guidelines you provide to ensure they feel comfortable and loved.
