Can I befriend your fur-baby? :)
Hi there! I'm Sha (they/them). I've been taking care of pets for friends and neighbors since I was a kid- animals have always been my favorite souls to be around. I grew up with two dogs and a cat, who were my first beloved fur babies. I currently have a cat who I love dearly, a beautiful but crazy Tortie girl named Misha. I would be thrilled to care for your pets as you need. I'm well versed with both dogs (of all sizes) and cats, and would consider myself lucky to give all the cuddles, belly rubs, and care they could wish for! I love furry (and scaly!) friends of all kinds, and am working towards one day owning a homestead where I can provide sanctuary for animals big and small.

Stormy is a shy cat. She doesn't come out to just anyone. Stormy trusts Sha and becomes a normal playful cat around her. It has made our travels easier knowing that Sha is taking care of Stormy.
Stormy is a very shy. Sha has gotten her to play and be more comfortable so she doesn't stay hidden during visits.
Sha did a wonderful job visiting our cat. She was conscientious about care, making sure food, water, and litter were all good.
Sha has once again been the most fantastic drop in for our dog. She is always attentive and on time. I can’t thank them enough for their drop in!

I currently work part time and am very flexible to meet your needs. My schedule will be able to work around you and the best care possible for your furry kiddos.

Safety, trust & environment
I currently am not able to offer care within my own home, but within yours, what you say goes. Before any care (whether pet sitting or just visits) I'll request any information you deem necessary: feeding habits, their general routine, medical info, down to what their favorite toy is! An owner's departure can be a stressful time for animals, and it's my goal to make it as anxiety-free as possible.
Pets
A typical day
It's important to me that our animals get their mental and physical exercise. They're smarter than lots of folks give them credit for. We'll play together, go for walks, get them running, jumping, and of course...thinking!
