Sevval and Austen took such good care of Sylvie while we were away and sent lots of updates which was great to see and took away any anxiety around leaving her. They made sylv part of the family for the weekend and she went on lots of lovely walks/ trips and outings! Really appreciate the level of care, thanks so much! :)

What a lovely stay Brillo had. Sevval was an absolute dream to communicate with and I feel that Brillo was so well cared for with love, attention and activities that must have felt like a holiday for her too. So many pics and videos. Would definitely recommend.

Sevval was exceptional! She and her partner were incredibly attentive to Connor’s needs, communicated brilliantly and were flexible, making sure he had the best stay possible. We couldn’t have gone away without their help and reassurance, and every update they sent proved that Connor was having a wonderful time. I would recommend Sevval in a heartbeat, absolutely no hesitation!

Brilliant experience leaving frankie with sevval. Very regular updates with photos. Frankie has to take a tablet daily and can be very anxious on walks and this was handled very well. I would absolutely be happy to leave him with her again and would recommend her to anyone.

I cannot fault Sev & Austin at all! Although the service is just a carer for my boy, It's a plus to see an extra face just so my baby can share out the love in him! I had very good communication from sev, updates every now and again as I requested (I didn't want to stress while he's away so this helped) Asked all the right questions as and when needed, he's got a unique personality and he is a bit of a unique breed so I definitely cannot fault you at all, some people see it as a bit of a challenge but it was a ball park as I still got on with my duties while he was away with no issues, I was happy seeing my boy spread his wings & live his best life surrounded by love and care which is exactly what I feel like I got! My boys exhausted now that he's back home but I can tell his hearts received a lot of warmth and joy over this weekend! Thank you guys there's nothing more I can ask for 🙏🏽

Sevval has been absolutely amazing with Winston. I have booked her a number of times now and each time she is brilliant. I receive regular updates and know that Winston is well cared for. Winston has been under the weather with an eye ulcer for a number of months now and Sevval has gone above and beyond to look after him. I would 100% recommend her and would book her again.
