While dog sitting, I will make sure my attention and priority is the comfort and safety of your pet. I make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for while their family is away. I keep up a brisk pace while on walks or a steady jog, if that’s preferred. I can walk three dogs at a time, and am capable of house sitting with multiple dogs together at once. I'm available throughout the week. While you're away, I am always able to update you on how your dogs and/or cats are doing. I'll make sure to always meet your dog's needs and do whatever I can to make them happy. My goal is to go above and beyond for your pet's comfort and satisfaction. As a safety measure, I always make sure fence gates are closed when dogs are let out into the yard. Animals I care for always get completely supervised play and outside time. They will always be on a leash on walks, and I’m mindful of encountering other people and pets. Temperaments of all kinds are no problem for me to adjust to. It’s something I make sure to ask about beforehand so I know how best to navigate outdoor environments with your pet. As a general rule, I keep them away from other dogs and people, unless otherwise instructed. If there’s medication to be given, I ask for specific times and alert clients if there are any complications so we can work out a solution. I have had experience taking pets into the vet when sick while sitting and administering medication as told to me after the visit. Whatever your pets’ needs and desires are, I love to be the one to give them that while they are apart from their family. They may not understand time and absence of their family, but they know comfort and security, and I strive to always deliver on that.
