Serrena took very good care of our cats while we were away. We came home to happy cats! The litter boxes were quite full when we returned but since we were only gone for one day it wasn’t a big deal. There was also some dried throw up on the floor that we didn’t know about but my mistake for not leaving out any paper towel/cleaning spray! I would book Serrena again to care for our kitties :)

Serrena did a fantastic job house and cat sitting during our extended time away. We came back to a happy cat and a pristine home and we really appreciated getting pictures while we were gone! We had the pleasure of having Serrena care for our cat, Kiki, while we were away for 17 days—and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Serrena was warm, reliable, and clearly experienced with animals. She took the time to get to know Kiki’s routine, quirks, and preferences, and it showed in the updates she sent us throughout our trip. Kiki can be a bit shy with new people, but he quickly warmed up to Serrena, which gave us great peace of mind. The photos and notes we received showed a happy, well-cared-for cat, and it was clear that Serrena kept him comfortable and loved. When we returned, Kiki was calm and content, and everything was in perfect order. Serrena is not only a wonderful pet sitter but also someone you can trust completely in your home. We’re so grateful for her care and will absolutely reach out to her again in the future. Highly recommend!

I left my two 8-month-old kittens with Serrena for 10 days and was very happy with the care they received. Serrena was very responsive and provided me with detailed updates and lots of pics. I came back to two happy and healthy kittens. I'll definitely book her again.

Schedule
I currently work from home in the marketing field and my schedule is pretty flexible. I prefer any time before 10pm for spending time and taking care of pets.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
To compensate for no yards, pets will be taken for frequent walks and will be kept off leash indoors. Also comfortable with taking care and catering to pets that are sick.

A typical day
I personally prefer to stick to the routine/schedule that you have for your dog. Like how often you take them for walks, play with them, etc. I have a bunch of trail walks near my place that I often go to and would love to take your pet along!
