This was my first time leaving our brand new pup with someone and also first time using rover. Absolutely fascinated , impressed and thankful. I got regular updates from Sergey along with pictures of them having a great time with my pup. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Hot Springs area to I trust your fur babies with them.
I highly recommend Sergey and Lana. They are very friendly and professional. I had no worries leaving Sophie with them. They truly do care and will give your pet the proper attention. Sophie enjoyed her time with them and I will definitely use them again when in Hot Springs. They took such good care of Sophie including walks. We were able to explore the city and not worry about Sophie.
Lana took good care of brisket while my family visited the area. She was flexible with dropoff and pickup, was responsive, told us about the nice activities she did with him, and the brisket seemed happy and comfortable when we picked him up. Highly recommended!

My schedule is highly flexible, allowing for frequent walks, play sessions, and strict adherence to your pet's normal routine. I watch and love your furry friends as a dedicated team, ensuring there is always someone available to provide cuddles or a quick potty break. Whether it's a weekday or a weekend, your pet’s comfort and happiness are my full-time priority.
