Sergey and Lana are absolutely incredible! Very accommodating & kind to our pup. They were able to watch our pup the same day we requested, which we are so grateful for!! They encouraged us to enjoy the day and the area, and to let them know if we needed to make any adjustments. They loved on our pup so much, he seemed like he was so relaxed and wanted to stay cuddled up with Lana when we went to pick him up. We love Hot Springs and when we come to visit again, we’ll be reaching out to them again!

Sergey and Lana were absolutely amazing with Daryl! Their daycare is located in a beautiful, modern monochromatic apartment building that was easy to find, with plenty of convenient parking available. From the moment we arrived, they treated Daryl like he was one of their own. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, and we loved receiving photos of him enjoying his walks throughout the stay. It gave us complete peace of mind knowing he was being cared for by such genuine people while we were in town taking care of other things. We will absolutely be booking with them again the next time we visit!
