I’ve grown up in a home full of dogs, there’s never been a time we didn’t have at least two. Since I was 10, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, breeds, and personalities, and over the years, friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to walk, feed, and care for their dogs like my own. I have experience with dogs of all ages, from puppies to seniors. I’m especially comfortable caring for older or sick dogs, including giving oral medications and providing gentle, patient support when they need it most. I know how much your dog means to you—because I feel the same way about mine.

Serene looked after Coco for the whole day and I’m glad it was her as she showed that she truly cared for him. She gave me an update throughout the day too. Wouldn’t ask for a better dog sitter!
No words can do justice to my experience with Serene. She cares for my dog, Polly, as if she were her own and is truly the only person I would trust to take care of him. Serene is always flexible and if you need last minute care she always says yes. When my AC went out one summer, she was at my house within 20 minutes ready to take Polly over to hers. Her everyday standard goes above and beyond just simple feeding and walking; she always makes sure Polly enjoys her time with her and has even helped her get medical care. When I found out my dog was diagnosed with lymphoma, she immediately got in contact with an expert and guided me through the medical process. She is truly a godsend.
I truly can't say enough great things about my experience with Serene. She has gone above and beyond in order to make sure my dog, Bruno, is not only cared for but is always having fun and feels loved. When I go out of town, or even just out for the evening, she sends me updates and pictures to make me feel more comfortable which allows me to enjoy myself without worrying about Bruno. She also has extensive training in dog care and CPR. You can easily tell that Serene is the type of person who truly loves and cares for dogs and there is no one I would feel more comfortable keeping my dog with.
Serene is an experienced dog caregiver. She grew up with dogs all her life and knows how to good care of them whether large or small, healthy or sick.

I’m a student at Purdue University studying food science. However, I have a flexible schedule and lots of free time. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’m here to give your dog the love and attention they deserve.

Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. During drop-in visits or walks, I make sure your dog feels secure, happy, and well cared for in their own familiar space. I follow any instructions you provide closely whether that’s feeding, medications, or routines so your dog stays comfortable and stress-free. I also send photo updates so you can see how your baby is doing while you’re away!
A typical day
I’m happy to keep your dog company during the day while I go about my routine! I usually study at work from home or somewhere in my building which is pet friendly, so they can relax by my side or enjoy a walk break. I love going on long walks throughout the day and my building also has a pet courtyard/park, so your dog will get plenty of exercise, enrichment, and attention.
