Serena was huge help in caring for my cat while we were out on vacation. I was at ease knowing my cat was in great hands. There were daily updates and pictures which helped with missing our dear Neko 💕

I had the pleasure of having Serena check on my cat while I was on holiday, and she did exceptional. My cat was also able to trust her right away! I appreciate all of the updates Serena gave as well as all the plenitude of pictures she took of my cat. Serena is an excellent and reliable cat sitter. She was caring, kind, and attentive to our cats. I appreciated how she provided a daily note about how the cats were doing. I highly recommend her if you need someone to care for your fur babies.

Serena was absolutely incredible. Both of our dogs are rescues and can be very timid, so finding someone we could fully trust with their specific needs was extremely important to us. Our newest dog had never stayed with a pet sitter before, and we were understandably nervous, but Serena immediately put both us and our dogs at ease. Our dogs warmed up to her right away, which says a lot about her calm, patient, and genuinely caring demeanor. It was clear from the beginning that she has a natural connection with animals and treats them with so much kindness and attention. Throughout the stay, Serena was professional, communicative, and thoughtful. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, took excellent care of our home, and most importantly, our dogs were genuinely happy, relaxed, and well cared for when we returned. We could tell they felt safe and comfortable with her. We also had to reschedule unexpectedly, and Serena was incredibly flexible and accommodating, which we appreciated so much. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet sitter. We will absolutely be booking with her again in the future.

Serena was awesome with Penny! She took her on a long walk and provided photos! She was on time and responsive and Penny loved her! We would love to have her walk Penny again! 😊

Serena was a life saver. We had another sitter booked who had to drop out the day before our trip and I was scrambling to find a replacement last minute. Serena was super responsive and returned my message within minutes. She was so easy to coordinate with, flexible, kind, thoughtful and very detailed.
