Serena was absolutely incredible. Both of our dogs are rescues and can be very timid, so finding someone we could fully trust with their specific needs was extremely important to us. Our newest dog had never stayed with a pet sitter before, and we were understandably nervous, but Serena immediately put both us and our dogs at ease. Our dogs warmed up to her right away, which says a lot about her calm, patient, and genuinely caring demeanor. It was clear from the beginning that she has a natural connection with animals and treats them with so much kindness and attention. Throughout the stay, Serena was professional, communicative, and thoughtful. She kept us updated regularly with messages and photos, took excellent care of our home, and most importantly, our dogs were genuinely happy, relaxed, and well cared for when we returned. We could tell they felt safe and comfortable with her. We also had to reschedule unexpectedly, and Serena was incredibly flexible and accommodating, which we appreciated so much. We truly could not have asked for a better experience and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and reliable pet sitter. We will absolutely be booking with her again in the future.

Serena was a life saver. We had another sitter booked who had to drop out the day before our trip and I was scrambling to find a replacement last minute. Serena was super responsive and returned my message within minutes. She was so easy to coordinate with, flexible, kind, thoughtful and very detailed. She sent photos and updates and let us know the status of each visit. I will definitely be asking for Serena’s help for any future pet sitting needs!
