Hi! My name is Serena, and I’ve always loved spending time with animals. I’ve grown up around dogs and enjoy taking them for walks, playing with them, and making sure they’re happy and cared for. I also used to work a pet store that really taught me a lot. I currently have 2 of my own named Pepper and Leo. Pepper is a Havanese who is a playful friendly little girl and Leo is a Havapoo who is a ball of friendly energy who loves to cuddle but is scared of his own shadow lol. I really enjoy watching them play and enjoy how different their personalities are. 🙂I’m reliable, patient, and treat every pet like my very own. I’m excited to help pet owners feel confident that their pets are in good hands while they’re away because I know how scary it can be to leave your fur babies with a new person. Can’t wait to meet you and your babies! 🥰🥰

Serena was a great caretaker for our beloved pup. She responded to every request immediately. She sent us lots of videos. She communicated clearly around pickup and dropoff. She made the whole process easy and stress free for us which we really appreciate. We will absolutely be using her again.
Serena was amazing! My dog has never calmly gone to a Rover before and she went happily right into Serena’s arms despite never having met her. She looked so happy in all the videos she sent while I was on a trip and enjoyed playing with Serena’s two dogs. We also had a ton of travel disruptions- cancelled flight so had to leave a different day, 6+ hour delay- and Serena was supportive and helpful navigating the app and updating times. Very very grateful and hopefully we will be booking again!
Serena was amazing! She sent me updates/photos everyday and made sure Lloyd was well loved and taken care of. Great communication and just highly recommend her. I’m so relieved to have found someone who I can trust to watch Lloyd!

I am currently home FULL TIME and am able to work around your needs schedule wise, so taking care of your fur babies fits in perfectly to my life and I am excited to do so ☺️

In my home, I keep a clean, safe space and follow each pet’s feeding, potty, and play routine. I give plenty of attention, supervision, and comfort so they feel at home and I also have 2 dogs of my own that would love to play and keep clients pets company In a client’s home, I stick to their normal schedule, provide walks, fresh food and water, playtime, and updates. I always respect the home as I do my own and follow all care instructions.

I start by checking in on your pet, making sure they’re fed, comfy, and feeling good. Throughout the day, I keep their routine on track, give lots of attention, and send you updates so you know they’re doing great. I tailor activities to each pet—walks, playtime, enrichment toys, light training, cuddles, and relaxing hang-outs. Whether your pet is energetic or laid-back, I make sure they feel happy, entertained, and loved.
