I give plenty of attention, supervision, and comfort so they feel at home and I also have 2 dogs of my own that would love to play and keep clients pets company In a client’s home, I stick to their normal schedule, provide walks, fresh food and water, playtime, and updates. I always respect the home as I do my own and follow all care instructions.

I prefer hypoallergenic breeds but will consider others and also prefer smaller dogs seeing that I live in an apartment and not a house. That’s all.
A typical day
I start by checking in on your pet, making sure they’re fed, comfy, and feeling good. Throughout the day, I keep their routine on track, give lots of attention, and send you updates so you know they’re doing great. I tailor activities to each pet—walks, playtime, enrichment toys, light training, cuddles, and relaxing hang-outs. Whether your pet is energetic or laid-back, I make sure they feel happy, entertained, and loved.

Hi! My name is Serena, and I’ve always loved spending time with animals. I’ve grown up around dogs and enjoy taking them for walks, playing with them, and making sure they’re happy and cared for. I also used to work a pet store that really taught me a lot. I currently have 2 of my own named Pepper and Leo. Pepper is a Havanese who is a playful friendly little girl and Leo is a Havapoo who is a ball of friendly energy who loves to cuddle but is scared of his own shadow lol. I really enjoy watching them play and enjoy how different their personalities are. 🙂I’m reliable, patient, and treat every pet like my very own. I’m excited to help pet owners feel confident that their pets are in good hands while they’re away because I know how scary it can be to leave your fur babies with a new person. Can’t wait to meet you and your babies! 🥰🥰

Serena was kind enough to take a last minute booking and took excellent care of my dog. She paid close attention to all his needs and provided plenty of pupdates. I will definitely book with her again!
Maggie had a blast playing with Serena’s dogs, and felt very comfortable staying the night (which made me feel comfortable!) We’ll be back when in NYC again!
I’m in from out of town. I have a real social dog and I loved the fact that Serena has 2 dogs of her own and that they all got along and played! Loved seeing all the video updates throughout the day, and appreciated the insightful questions on food and potty schedule. Will definitely book again.
