I will follow the specific instructions left for me by the owner. I ask for a thorough and detailed list of information regarding how to make your pet happy and well taken care of so I can be sure to provide the best care I can. I will treat your pet like they are my own.
Information Serena U. would like to know about your pet
I like to have detailed written instructions of your pet’s usual schedule, needs, treat preferences, food allergies, sleeping habits, and other habits in general, etc (whatever else that should be noted) I also like to have at least 2 emergency contacts from the household along with the vet’s contact information
A typical day
I love to take the pets I watch around their neighborhood to catch up on all the daily news. Whatever they want they can get whether that be sniffing a bush for 10 minutes or dragging me on a neighborhood run. In the summer heat, I’m diligent about watching out for signs of heat stroke and will do everything to keep your animal safe.

Pet care experience
- I have a 3 yr old rescue named Maisy who deals with reactivity so we no longer offer boarding or daycare in our home. I also have a 9 year old Belgian Malinois who my boyfriend rescued from animal fighting. She is sweet as pie and a people lover. Both of my dogs have undergone training programs at the art of dog. Maisy has also done training at the happy hound. Both girls are healthy and up to date on vaccines. - I previously fostered for Buffalo Underdogs Rescue, which gives me a chance to help save many amazing dogs, learn to potty train and care for puppies and young dogs - I volunteer at white whiskers dog sanctuary where I have learned to care for elderly and special needs pups - I grew up dog-sitting for neighbors and friends and also have a family senior dog who I grew up caring for - I have volunteered as a dog walker for a local animal shelter
Reviews
Serena was great with all the dogs! She took time to learn about them and how to best care for them. We had five dogs at our house due to our daughter's wedding, she handled it very well. I will use her for any future times away.

Serena was so great with Daisy! She made sure to sent pictures and let me know how everything was going all weekend. Would absolutely book with Serena and Maisy again :)

Serena is AMAZING! My dog has separation anxiety, and she did a great job helped my pup adjust quickly so that he was relaxed while Serena watched him. I appreciated that she read through my dog’s profile and asked questions to clarify some of the details, showing she really wanted to make sure she took care of my pup well. Overall great communication and professional. Highly recommend!
Reliable, conscious pet sitter. She’s kind and give good care to my dog. She’s also tidy and keep me updated with my dog behaviors and activities during the day. She’s definitely trustworthy!
