Hello my name is Serena, I am 27 years old and I have been an animal lover my entire life! I have owned 5 cats, 5 birds, 7 dogs and an adorable bunny of my own in the past but have helped out with countless more! Having these pets in my life has made me realize how much animals have an effect on you and your surroundings, whether you’re sad, happy or just want to cuddle, they are always there for you. I am originally born and raised in Hawaii but am currently living in California. Ready to start working to help you with your everyday animal needs!😁 Someone once told me “A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more then you love yourself” and I believe that Please contact me if you need any assistance with your lovely animals! I came home today from a week away and found my dog in a soiled kennel. We do not put our dog in the kennel when we leave and never instructed her to do so. Serena told me everything was great the whole week and she was clearly not taking care of her. There was pee and poop (solid that had been there and not cleaned up) in the kennel and I don't know how long she was in there. She had also peed on the bed which she never does. The whole house smelled like urine. She asked to leave before we got home and said it was only 30 mins before we got home which it was clearly longer. I reached out when I got home and she just ghosted me after being very responsive before. My downstairs neighbors confirmed she had people over and loud arguments during the week. She also drank a significant amount of our booze and it smelled like cigarettes in my cabinet where I found half smoked cigarettes. I will be taking my dog to the vet tomorrow because she likely has a UTI. I have spent most of the day cleaning up after her and she has been weak and shaking all afternoon. I have not been a Rover user very long, but this was a terrible experience.
Serena stayed with our dogs for 2 weeks and did a great job! Our pups were well cared for, we had updates and consistent communication throughout the stay, and our apartment was left very clean. Highly recommend!
Selena was extremely prompt and great with Myrtle for a really last minute request! We would absolutely book again next time!

I am currently only mostly doing house sitting and keeping an eye on th newest addition to our dog family. Other than that I am 100% available!
