Safety, trust & environment

Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I aim to make them feel safe, loved, and totally at ease. I follow your routines closely—mealtimes, meds, favorite toys, quirky habits—and add a little extra fun along the way. I’m big on belly rubs, gentle reassurance, and keeping things calm and cozy. Your pet gets my full attention, and you get peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands (and paws). Every tail wag, purr, or happy flop on the floor tells me I’m doing it right. I have a small fenced backyard and a very friendly doggo to keep your fur baby company in and outdoors. I will always be supervising and making sure everything is okay between my pup and yours!

Information Serena N. would like to know about your pet

I share my home with a playful pup who loves making new friends, so let me know if your dog enjoys the company of other dogs! For boarding requests, I do ask that male dogs be neutered—just to keep things peaceful and safe for everyone. Thanks so much for understanding! I love keeping things familiar and comforting for your pup, so I’ll do my best to mirror the environment they’re used to at home. If you’ve trained them with specific keywords, routines, or little quirks they respond to, feel free to share! The more I know, the more I can make them feel right at home—even when they’re not.

A typical day

DROP IN/ DOG WALKING: I treat every drop-in and walk as a chance to give your dog the same care and attention I’d want for my own. Whether it’s a quick potty break, a sniff-filled stroll, or some playtime and cuddles, I tailor each visit to your pup’s needs and energy level. I’m attentive to routines, respectful of your home, and always focused on safety, comfort, and positive experiences. You can count on detailed updates, happy tails, and a companion who truly cares. BOARDING: Your dog will be physically and mentally stimulated with many activities around my community. I live in a neighborhood with a fairly good sized dog park, so we’ll be playing there during the weekdays, and, If your doggo is staying on the weekend, I can also drive to other dog parks!

Pet care experience

Hey, I'm Serena! My focus is to gain my client's trust through clarity and honesty. When you leave your puppy with me you can expect frequent updates; these include loads of pictures of where & how your pup is at all times! I understand from personal experience that leaving a pet with someone new is a little unsettling which is why you can give me your trust knowing that I will always be 100% honest with you about everything. I don't think as dog sitters we should cover anything up just for a good review. I personally feel that the pet owners should know what is going on with their pet good or bad. I always wanted to have a pet but my family never wanted one so when I moved here about 6 years ago I got my first pup. I think I went a little overboard with the excessive research on how to train and care for a dog, but I wanted to make sure my dog was well-trained with people and other dogs. Now I can use those learnings to take good care of your dog as well!

Serena went above and beyond watching Miso and took such good care of him. Would absolutely love to have her watch him again
