I couldn’t have felt more comfortable leaving our cat in Serena’s care while we went out of town. She offered a phone call beforehand to go over any important details, and she was incredibly thorough in her visit recap. She sent lots of pictures of Walter (who looked happy as can be), and she made sure to lock up our place before leaving. We came back to a very content cat, which is all we could ask for! Looking forward to booking with Serena again.
