Pet care experience
I've taken care of animals, mostly dogs, as long as I can remember! Including the last 10 years of sole responsibility for my dogs. I had a senior chihuahua until recently, and I also have a husky-pit mix and a rottweiler. Big or small, I have a love for animals and a lot of patience as well! Also a ton of experience with cats. My family always had them and still does, but my dogs are a little too much for kitties to put up with! Haha

Serena has both dog sat and walked my dog multiple times now and there’s no one else I trust more with my fur baby than her! She accommodates my busy work schedule, is so patient with my spicy dog and is very respectful in my home. I can’t say enough good things about Serena and will continue to be using her in the future!
Serena was excellent!! We had a huge family vacation planned and needed someone to take good care of our two dogs. It was hard to find some we trusted because our entire family and some of our best friends were all vacationing together. Serena came through for us and took great care of our little ones. She sent pictures over the week we were gone and kept us updated on how they were doing. We’d definitely want her to house sit and care for our buddies in the future when needed.
Serena is an absolute find on Rover. She has helped me out with vet visits, drop-in visits, dog walks. My dog feels totally comfortable with her. She’s included in his family pack.
Serena is amazing! I have a spicy dog that takes awhile to warm up to new people. Serena was so patient and willing to put in the time to gain my dog’s trust, which she ended up succeeding in doing! Will definitely be using Serena again!

Let me know if your pet has any special needs! I'm familiar with administering medications to dogs in liquid and pill forms. I have not had this experience with cats personally, but I'm up for the task. I have experience with dogs that are aggressive toward other dogs. This will just be necessary for me to know about before I take them out into the comminity! I'm very understanding and accomodating about animals with spicy tendencies though.
A typical day
Taking your dogs on a nice enriching walk, playing fetch in the yard with their favorite toy, or maybe just snuggling up with some belly rubs for the couch potato doggies haha. Whatever energy level your dog has, I'm here for it! Kitties I know can sometimes keep to themselves, or take some time to warm up, so maybe we just start with some trust pets and then I bust out the laser pointer! Every animal is different, but no matter what, I'd love to get to know your animal and what they need from me!

Availability
I have two big dogs of my own, so walking them and following feeding and bathroom schedules are second nature to me! I'm very flexible regarding my availability to care for other's critters. Daily walks, feeding schedules, and play time are things that I can absolutely offer to pets without a doubt! I'm a big fan of exercise, so high-energy breeds are always welcome!
